Building Permits

To ensure that all commercial buildings meet safety standards and building code requirements, a permit is required for constructing a new business structure or making significant modifications to an existing one.

Applications for Building Permits

In order to obtain a building permit, it is necessary to complete an application form and submit it to the Community Development office. This office is located at the Municipal Building on 723 S. Lewis St.

Please note that some licenses may require extra documentation or fees. Your application will go through a review process, and if it is approved, your permit will be issued.
