The City of Stillwater is developing a new Comprehensive Plan. A Comprehensive Plan establishes a vision for the next 10 to 20 years of a City's growth, and guides decision making for policy and public investment addressing:

Land Use, Transportation and Mobility, Housing and Neighborhoods, Economic Development, Community Character, Arts and Culture, Infrastructure and Public Facilities, and Resilience.

All of the goals articulated within the Comprehensive Plan will be informed by the ideas and input of those who live, work, go to school, or have fun in Stillwater.
