Trust Donations

When you or your business contributes to the Trust, you ensure the growth, security, and perpetuity of the Stillwater Public Library by supporting programs, collections, and services that cannot be financed through the library's usual operating budget. Your support will benefit members of our community and your family for generations to come. For more information, please visit the Trust's page.

Memorial & Honor Donations

Donors may request that the library select specific titles in memory or in honor of another person or organization. Chosen titles must meet the requirements of the library's Collection Development Policy. A card will be mailed to the honoree or their family. To make a Memorial or Honor donation, please contact the library's Business Office.

Books & Materials

Donors may also make a contribution to add a title or to enhance a collection. Please contact the library Business Office for more information. Titles must meet the requirements of the library's Collection Development Policy.

Book Sale Donations

The Friends of the Library accepts books and audio-visual items for its twice-a-year book sales, which benefit the library. Books must be in good condition, and magazines must be less than one year old. While the Friends of the Library are unable to pick up donations, library staff are happy to assist donors in bringing items into the library lobbies. Carts are available in both lobbies to drop off donations. A donation form for tax deductions is available at the public service desks.
