Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library's purpose is to support and promote the Stillwater Public Library. Funds raised through their used book sales allow the library to purchase books, materials and equipment, and provide programming for all ages, including the summer reading program.

Become a Friend of the Library

To join the Friends of the Stillwater Public Library, download a membership form and bring or mail it to the library, or pick one up at the Circulation Desk. Dues are $10 annually, or you can become a lifetime member for $100. Being a member will allow you to attend the members-only preview night of the Friends' biannual book sales.

Used Book Sales

The Friends hold two used book sales every year, one in the spring and another in the fall. They also maintain a year-round sale inside the library across from the Circulation Desk. Visit the Used Book Sales page for more details about upcoming sales, including dates and donating items.
