Stillwater Boomer Blast is free and open to the public and is held in Boomer Lake Park at the corner of Washington Street and Lakeview Road.
Holidays 2025 is the featured Holidays event based in the heart of the community in downtown Stillwater. Come shop unique vendors, take a carriage ride, and enjoy a multitude of holiday festivities.
The City of Stillwater began sponsoring Household Hazardous Waste collection events in October of 1998. These events continue to help citizens reduce the amount of household pollutants in their homes while ensuring these pollutants are properly disposed of.
We are so excited to bring back LexiCon this year; it will be bigger and better than ever! LexiCon is the Stillwater Cultural District’s free mini-comic convention for fans of comic books, science fiction, gaming, cosplay, anime, and pop culture.
The City of Stillwater began coordinating the Annual Trash-Off event in 2006 to enable citizens to volunteer and clean up trash from areas all around town. During these events, citizens take to the streets and streams to show that “Litter is Not OK.”

The Stillwater Municipal Building is closed on these days. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, it is recognized on the previous Friday; if the holiday falls on Sunday, it is recognized on the following Monday.
