The library accepts volunteers during most open hours with the exception of Sundays. These days/times include: Monday-Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Please note that we typically assign volunteers for two hour sessions.
Only volunteers applying to volunteer for court appointed volunteer service need to complete this section. Please note that there are certain charges the library will not accept. You can review the library's community service volunteer policy for more details.
Excluding convictions that have been sealed, expunged, or legally eradicated, or misdemeanors for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed by the court.

The library requires a copy of your photo I.D. and a copy of the court issued judgment and sentence order. If hours are being completed prior to disposition, please attach a copy of your information filed with a district court or a copy of the ticket issued by a municipal court. You can also bring the documents to the library's Adult Help Desk, however, we cannot process your application or schedule hours without the required documentation.
