2. How It Works

   Residents of Payne County Oklahoma ages 18 and up can apply for a library card using this online form. Within 24 hours after applying you will receive a card number via email that will give you access to the OK Virtual Library to borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks.

   If you want to borrow items in person, you will need to visit the library with proof of address and a current photo ID to update your account. 

   Please be advised that children's library cards, teacher cards, out-of-county cards, or any other special-use library cards must be applied for in person.
