The City of Stillwater and Stillwater Regional Airport staff extend heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of everyone involved in yesterday evening’s tragic aircraft accident.
SWO staff understand how this can have a worldwide effect on everyone, including upcoming flight passengers. Staff remain attentive and empathetic to passenger concerns and apprehensions.
Currently, there are no Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) flights impacted due to the accident.
SWO/DFW flights cancelled last night and this morning were due to dense fog in Stillwater. Today’s afternoon flight is scheduled to arrive on time.
The Dwight D. Eisenhower International Airport in Wichita, Kansas, remains open.
