(Stillwater, OK) – Stillwater Police Department (SPD) made an arrest for the murder of juvenile, Teedeenae “Jackson” Yearby, who was first reported missing in February 2023. The suspect Quinlan Phipps was arrested on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
This case continues to be an ongoing, multi-jurisdictional investigation with SPD, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.
