Stillwater Police Chief Jeff Watts announced his retirement after 32 years of service.
The City of Stillwater appreciates his years of service and wishes him well in this next chapter.
Effective immediately, Assistant Chief Shannon Jordan will serve as acting Chief. Shannon Jordan has served with the Stillwater Police Department for almost 32 years and has been the Assistant Chief for 5 of those years.
The City Manager will work with Human Resources to fill the position. More information will be provided when it is available.
