Code Enforcement, a division of the Stillwater Police Department, issues citations for structural and non-structural related property maintenance, which includes nuisance violations such as inoperable vehicles, trash, littering and tall weeds and grass.
Dilapidated Structures
Residents can complete a form for complaints on dilapidated structures, including unsecured structures. You will be asked to describe exactly what occurred or the extent of the violation, and the effect of the situation to you or to your neighborhood.
All complaints will be investigated. Anonymous criminal complaints will be forwarded to the Stillwater Police Department.
