(Stillwater, OK) – Mayor Will Joyce and City Council, City of Stillwater Human Resources Director Christy Driskel and City Attorney Kimberly Carnley have been working closely with Lissa Barker of SGR on the nationwide search to fill Stillwater’s City Manager position. Search activity continues but no finalists for the position will be named at this time.
Former City Manager Norman McNickle retired on May 15 and the interim City Manager Brady Moore will continue to serve at the helm.
Mayor Joyce shared, “Council remains focused to fill the crucial position and are confident the best candidate will be selected. The thorough process continues in order to find the individual who will be responsible for expanding economic development, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring those living in or visiting our community are safe.”
